Engineering & Website Disclaimer

Every machine needs parts. MySunDirection is an India-engineered initiative that designs and assembles solutions from multiple Parts for project-specific requirements. A photograph, demonstration, article or product concept on this website is not a structural approval, installation certificate or safety guarantee.

In simple words

Our website is for general information and enquiries—not permission to alter a roof or operate a moving solar assembly. Suitability, safe limits, Parts, responsibilities, acceptance tests and warranties depend on the separately agreed project. We cannot promise that severe weather, misuse or third-party failures will never cause damage, and no website statement removes legally required professional duties.

01Engineering initiative, not a universal ready-made installation

MySunDirection — an initiative by MYLINEHUB. MySunDirection develops engineering designs, parts-based assemblies and solar retrofit solutions for project-specific requirements. MYLINEHUB is the parent business behind the initiative. A separate written project agreement determines whether a particular engagement includes consultations, studies, Parts, prototypes, assemblies, documentation, installation or support.

The initiative is engineered in India and may involve in-house design, integration and assembly. This does not mean that every third-party Part or material is manufactured in India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to MYLINEHUB through its MySunDirection initiative, not to two separate legal companies.

02Information on the website is not project approval

Text, diagrams, animations, videos, articles, calculations, descriptions, renderings, demonstrations and sample specifications are published for general education, communication and exploration. They are not a project-specific design certification, structural assessment, electrical sign-off, approved bill of materials, permit, installation instruction or professional safety clearance.

No reader should purchase, install, alter or operate mechanical or electrical equipment solely by relying on the website without appropriate qualified review and the applicable approvals.

03Website information does not create a paid project

An enquiry, technical conversation, WhatsApp message, indicative quotation, product animation or published concept does not by itself bind MYLINEHUB or MySunDirection to supply equipment, assess premises, install or maintain machinery, insure a property or guarantee an outcome.

Particular deliverables, responsible parties, scope exclusions, design assumptions, Parts, operating limits, price and warranties must be clearly established in a separately accepted written Project Agreement. No website disclaimer overrides express promises made in such an agreement or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Clear responsibility boundary: Website information alone is not an undertaking that an existing roof or solar array is safe for retrofit, nor a warranty for work performed by unrelated parties.

04Research, prototypes and changing configurations

Some material may illustrate concepts, research, prototypes or early development rather than fully certified commercial equipment. Features, diagrams, geometry, assembly arrangements, control software and selected Parts can change during assessment and development.

Do not interpret the publication of a concept as a promise of availability, compliance, certification, installation readiness or commercial delivery. The approved specification for a paid project must be recorded in the relevant agreement.

05Different Parts have different limitations

Mechanical, structural, electrical, electronic and control Parts have different properties, operating ranges, tolerances, service lives, ratings and manufacturer instructions. Examples include brackets, supports, bearings, actuators, motors, sensors, control boards, wiring and enclosures; these examples do not define a standard supplied set.

The safe choice and integration of Parts depend on the complete engineered system, not on a single attractive specification. One component's published rating does not automatically establish a safe rating for the assembled installation. Independent manufacturer warranties and relevant supplier obligations apply as provided by law and contract.

06Existing roofs, mounting systems and hidden defects

Roof slabs, anchors, waterproofing, supporting frames, rails, clamps, fasteners, existing solar modules and wiring may have pre-existing defects, corrosion, wear, inadequate installation, unknown modifications or undocumented limitations. A retrofit can change movement, loads and wind exposure.

Suitability must be determined for the actual site. Prior installations and third-party components are not automatically repaired, certified, insured or placed under our warranty merely because MySunDirection assesses or discusses a potential retrofit. Where structural checks or professional duties form part of a contracted service, the party responsible for that work remains accountable for its legally attributable errors or omissions.

07Wind, uplift, storms and severe weather

High winds can exert uplift, overturning and cyclic forces on rooftop modules and supporting structures. Storms and cyclones can expose an installation to conditions outside the design assumptions or safe operating limits. There is no universal wind-speed rating, loading capacity or protection guarantee for every existing roof and proposed assembly.

Any design limits, wind-related operating strategy, inspection procedures, safe position or storm response must be established for the actual equipment and site under the agreed scope. Operating outside clearly specified and communicated limits may be unsafe and may affect warranty rights and the allocation of responsibility to the extent lawful.

MySunDirection and MYLINEHUB are not automatically liable for independent extraordinary weather damage merely because their information or equipment was involved. Equally, describing an event as a storm does not excuse a defective design, negligent installation, nonconforming Part, inadequate warning or other legally attributable breach.

08Natural calamities and matters beyond control

Lightning, earthquakes, cyclones, hail, flooding, extreme temperatures, fire, falling objects, exceptional storms and other natural events may damage structures, electrical systems or mechanical Parts. Delays and losses caused by extraordinary events beyond reasonable control may be subject to force-majeure provisions agreed in a Project Agreement.

To the extent lawful, MYLINEHUB does not assume responsibility for loss caused solely by events outside its reasonable control and not attributable to its own legally responsible acts or omissions. The actual circumstances, design specifications, contractual allocation, cause of damage and applicable law remain relevant.

Property owners should review appropriate building, equipment and third-party liability insurance. Insurance coverage is not automatically provided through use of this website or purchase of Parts.

09Moving assemblies, controls and loss of power

Where a project includes moving Parts, mechanical motion can be affected by obstructions, alignment problems, wear, weather, control faults, sensor errors, loss of power, wiring faults, software errors or failure of individual Parts. Automatic functions do not guarantee that every unsafe condition will be detected or prevented.

A separately engineered project may require suitable protective measures, commissioning, inspections and maintenance. Customers must follow the delivered operating instructions and must not bypass safeguards or exceed specified limits. This website is not an operating manual for an installed system.

10Electrical equipment and fire risks

Solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment require safe design, installation, isolation, protection and servicing. Incorrect electrical work may damage equipment and present serious hazards. Only appropriately qualified personnel should perform work requiring professional electrical competence or legal authorization.

Unless expressly part of the contracted work, existing panels, strings, inverters, batteries, protection devices, earthing arrangements and other customer equipment remain outside a new retrofit supply's service scope. This does not remove any liability arising from work MYLINEHUB actually undertakes or controls.

11Installation, third parties and site access

Any installation, roof penetration, lifting, fastening, fabrication, electrical connection or commissioning work must be assigned to competent persons in the signed project scope, with relevant approvals and appropriate safety practices. A separate contractor's legal responsibility depends on actual work, authorization and the contractual relationship.

MYLINEHUB does not automatically undertake installation or site supervision merely because Parts, design ideas or illustrations appear online. However, a provider remains responsible for services it contracts to perform and for non-excludable duties, including those arising from its own representatives or authorized subcontractors as applicable.

12Maintenance, alteration and operation by others

Exposure to dust, rain, heat, vibration, corrosion and routine wear may require inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, replacement of Parts and professional servicing. The required schedule depends on the delivered system and agreed maintenance responsibilities.

Unauthorized changes to supports, fasteners, software, electrical connections or safety controls, or use after a known unsafe fault, can increase risk and may affect warranties and responsibility for resulting damage. A supplier cannot rely on this statement to avoid liability for defects unrelated to those actions.

13No guaranteed energy gain or bill reduction

Figures, articles or promotional examples mentioning a possible percentage improvement—including references such as “up to 25–35%”—are not guarantees for an individual project. Actual energy yield and savings depend on geography, seasons, panel condition, shading, installation, weather, system design, operation, maintenance and the customer's electricity arrangement.

Performance statements must be supported by appropriate assumptions and evidence. No fixed energy increase, electricity-bill saving, tariff benefit, return on investment or payback period is promised by the website alone. Any guaranteed metric and agreed remedy must be stated expressly in a project contract.

14Parts warranty, quality claims and statutory remedies

Warranties for Parts, assemblies, designs, installation and support may differ and should be described in the written project documents. The presence of a supplier logo, certification reference or manufacturer specification does not automatically mean that an entire integrated assembly carries that same certification or warranty.

This Disclaimer does not exclude the obligation to provide goods or services with the quality and care required by contract and applicable law. Statutory rights regarding defective products, deficient services, negligent advice and required warnings remain intact.

15Financial and third-party losses

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MySunDirection and MYLINEHUB do not undertake to compensate visitors for independent decisions, unauthorized installations, speculative financial returns or losses caused by matters outside their legally attributable responsibility merely because material appeared on the website.

Where the parties sign a Project Agreement, any fair and enforceable contractual liability limit, indemnity, claims procedure or insurance requirement should be expressed there. There is no blanket legal immunity for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligent engineering, deficient contracted services, defects or other matters where law does not permit an exclusion.

16Other websites and third-party information

Links to manufacturers, research sources, social platforms, suppliers and other resources may be provided for reference. External descriptions, reviews, prices, availability and operating claims are controlled by their respective publishers and may change. A link is not a universal guarantee or endorsement.

Engineering readers should verify material specifications and applicable legal requirements with the responsible manufacturer or qualified professional before relying on third-party data.

17Separate agreement, Indian law and related policies

This website's information is published in the context of Indian engineering activities and is subject to applicable law. Website browsing does not create a project-specific arbitration agreement, an insurance policy or a duty to deliver a particular product.

For the legal relationship concerning enquiries, work acceptance, responsibility and signed projects, see the Terms & Conditions. Payment and cancellation principles appear in the Refund Policy; processing of enquiry details is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Specific obligations must be stated in the written Project Agreement, subject to mandatory law.
